Return Timeframe

You must initiate a return request within 7 from the date of delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Refund Process and Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Exchange Options

We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Kindly share clear images or videos of the product and packaging with your email so we can review the issue quickly. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling
